How do I select a film sheet for CXM310?
Provide the material, thickness and sheet dimensions. JJT will confirm the proposed film and cutting setup. A film being flexible does not establish compatibility with every machine setting.
What is the difference between media width and cutting width?
Maximum media width is 296 mm, while maximum cutting width is 210 mm. The sheet accepted by the machine can be wider than the area available for the cut. Check both the sheet format and intended device outline.
Are templates available for my devices?
Send the exact device models and screen positions you need. Template availability and suitable cutting outlines are confirmed for the requested setup. Ask JJT to confirm model coverage, software access and any applicable update terms.
How much space and power does CXM310 need?
