01 / Choose the display experience
Privacy for shared spaces.
For commuters, shared offices and customer-facing environments, privacy is a distinct accessory choice. Review side-view privacy and front-view readability on the selected sample; no specific viewing angle is claimed.
Separate Galaxy S24, S25 and S26 models in the order. The 0.25 mm glass specification alone does not establish touch or fingerprint compatibility.
Specification thresholds, not a measurement of your phone’s screen brightness.
02 / Your channel
Built around how you sell.
Wholesale & distribution
A model list can hide different sizes and finishes.
Organise Galaxy S24 / S25 / S26 variants by exact model, finish and quantity so each stock line has a defined product.
Private-label brands
A retail promise needs a matching product specification.
Build the pack around privacy and readability, the correct device label and your approved sample.
Retail & installation
The installation format is part of the customer experience.
Choose glass-only supply or discuss the optional dust-free installation housing for the exact device. Agree included accessories with the pack.

Answers for confident sourcing
How do bulk orders stay consistent with the approved sample?
We retain samples and keep the approved specification records for your product. Materials and configurations are not replaced without your consent. Repeat orders follow the approved version, keeping the agreed glass, finish and packaging identifiable.
What durability tests has this glass passed?
The glass has passed 5,000 abrasion cycles, with a water contact angle of at least 105° after abrasion. It has also passed the steel-ball test: a 64 g ball dropped from 80 cm onto the same location three times.
The steel-ball pass criterion allows a maximum of two broken specimens out of ten. This is a criterion for that test, not a bulk-order defect allowance or an after-sales claim threshold.
Can I start with samples or a small trial order?
Yes. Samples and small trial orders are supported before scaling your range. Standard sample charges can be credited against your first bulk order; shipping charges are not credited. Custom sample development is quoted separately.
Standard products start from 100 pieces and custom orders from 3,000 pieces. Your quotation states the minimum for each model, how quantities can be combined and the packaging requirements.
How are quality issues, shortages or incorrect items resolved?
Report visible damage, shortages or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Report manufacturing issues discovered during initial installation within 30 days of receipt. Send the order number, affected models and quantities, and clear photos or video.
We provide an initial response within 1 working day and a proposed resolution within 3 working days after receiving complete information. This is the resolution-plan timing, not the replacement delivery time.
For confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect items, replacement is the first option. If you have no further order or a reasonable replacement cannot be arranged, the affected product value can be refunded; an agreed credit is also available. JJT covers reasonable return and replacement shipping costs for supplier-responsible issues. Agree the return method with us before sending goods back. Transit damage is assessed separately using packaging and logistics evidence.
Can I combine phone models and HD Clear or Privacy in one order?
Yes. Eligible models and HD Clear or Privacy versions can be combined in the same order, subject to their minimum quantities. Order lines and packaging labels distinguish the device model, finish and quantity to support receiving and stock allocation.
The quotation specifies each model minimum, which quantities can be combined and any separate packaging minimum.
What support is included for my own brand?
Once the custom-order MOQ is met, one basic packaging design is included, with the number of revisions agreed in the quotation. Special finishes, printing and physical samples are charged separately. Packaging artwork is approved before mass production.
We also provide existing, authorised product images, specifications and installation materials to support your product listings and retail sales.
How long do samples, production and repeat orders take?
Standard samples typically take 3–5 days and mass production typically takes 7–15 days; transit time is additional. Timing begins once the required payment, model specifications and relevant artwork or sample approvals are complete. The quotation specifies the applicable starting conditions and dispatch schedule.
Repeat orders use the approved product and packaging version. If the schedule changes, we proactively explain the change and provide an updated arrangement.
How does Privacy compare with HD Clear for display clarity?
This Samsung Privacy Tempered Glass Screen Protector specifies at least 60% transmittance and haze below 5%, compared with at least 91% transmittance and haze below 2% for the HD Clear alternative. Privacy is a separate finish for customers seeking side-view discretion; its optical specification is not the same as HD Clear.
