Installation
Film, Glass & Adhesion Problems
Air bubbles remain after installation
- Confirm whether the mark is air, dust or insufficient adhesive contact.
- For movable air, press gently toward the nearest edge with the supplied tool.
- Do not repeatedly lift or stretch flexible film unless the product instructions allow it.
- If a particle is trapped, follow the product-specific dust-removal method or replace the protector.
The edge lifts or will not stay attached
- Confirm the protector matches the exact model and screen curvature.
- Check for dust, oil, moisture, a phone case pressing the edge or film stretched during installation.
- Remove external pressure and allow the material to settle according to its instructions.
- Replace the product if the adhesive edge is contaminated or the format is mismatched.
The protector is misaligned
- Stop before final pressure or UV curing.
- Compare speaker, camera, bezel and corner alignment.
- Reposition only if the supplied installation system allows it.
- Do not cure or force a protector that blocks an opening or extends beyond the screen.
UV film does not appear fully cured
- Stop using the device if liquid adhesive is still exposed.
- Confirm the exact film, lamp and curing sequence.
- Do not substitute a curing time from another product.
- Send photos and the product label to JJT for the correct instruction sheet.
Cutting Quality
Cutting Result Problems
The film does not cut through
- Confirm the selected template and material type.
- Check that the film is loaded in the correct direction and lies flat.
- Inspect the blade and holder for visible wear or obstruction without disassembling the machine.
- Use only the approved test settings for the exact machine and material; contact support if the result remains incomplete.
The cut is crooked, shifted or inconsistent
- Reload the material squarely and confirm the feed path is clear.
- Check whether the film moves during feeding or has a damaged backing.
- Run a small approved test template.
- If the shift repeats in the same direction, stop production and send a video of loading and cutting to support.
The blade cuts too deeply or damages the backing
- Stop repeated cutting to avoid additional wear.
- Confirm that the selected material profile matches the loaded film.
- Do not copy pressure or blade settings from another machine or material.
- Request the model-specific parameter guide from JJT.
Machine & Database
Connection, Template & Update Problems
The required device model cannot be found
- Check the full model name, regional variant and spelling.
- Confirm the machine is connected according to its manual and the database has refreshed.
- Search by brand and model number rather than a marketing nickname.
- Submit the missing model with device photos and dimensions for availability review.
The machine cannot connect or update
- Confirm power, network availability and the connection method supported by the exact model.
- Restart only through the normal on-screen shutdown/startup procedure.
- Do not factory-reset, reinstall firmware or open the machine without JJT instructions.
- Record the error message and send a photo or video to technical support.
The screen or controls do not respond
- Stop the current job and use the normal shutdown method if possible.
- Check the external power connection and visible cable condition.
- Do not open the casing or replace internal parts unless directed by JJT.
- Send the machine model, serial/order information and a video of the symptom.
