Screen Protector Installation Instructions
Choose the correct product path before you begin. Confirm the material, device model and supplied installation kit, then follow the matching preparation and application sequence.

Tempered Glass
Prepare, Align and Apply
Match the protector, device model, screen position and installation frame before removing any liner.
Power off the device. Remove grease and dust with the supplied cleaning tools in a clean, well-lit area.
Use the speaker, camera and screen edges as reference points. Keep adhesive surfaces free from contact.
Lower the glass evenly, allow adhesion to spread and press remaining air toward the nearest edge.
Do not force a mismatched protector. Stop if openings, borders or curved edges do not align with the device.
Hydrogel Film
Apply Flexible Film Without Stretching
Confirm the installation side, release liners and any positioning sections before peeling.
Clean the screen thoroughly and align the film with the device edges, camera and speaker openings.
Hold the film in position and use the supplied squeegee to apply one section at a time without pulling the material.
Work remaining air outward. Recheck curved edges and allow the film to settle according to the supplied product guidance.
Material systems differ. Do not add water, heat or chemicals unless the exact JJT film instructions require them.
UV Curing Film
Position First, Cure Only After Inspection
Confirm the UV film type, device, adhesive system, curing tool and supplied protection accessories.
Follow the supplied kit guidance for speakers, buttons and other openings before applying adhesive or film.
Apply the film evenly and inspect alignment, bubbles and adhesive coverage before curing.
Use only the curing time and sequence supplied for the exact JJT product, then inspect edges and touch response.
Do not guess curing time. UV products and lamps vary. Obtain the current product-specific instruction sheet before installation.
Cutting Machines
First Setup Checklist
Confirm the machine model, power adapter, accessories, voltage and shipping condition.
Place it on a stable surface with enough feed space. Remove transport protection according to the manual.
Follow the model-specific manual for power, network, account and template-update setup.
Use approved film and a test template. Confirm alignment and cutting result before processing customer material.
Use the model-specific manual. Blade depth, pressure, firmware and reset procedures must not be copied from another machine.
